FAQ
Although it is not advised, you can try paying your invoice in the event there is space available on the day of the Crash Course. We advise every interested student to consult the Courses sections, which will offer details on the sections and times offered for each course. Payment options are also detailed when booking your seat prior each course.

Similarly, for private tutoring sessions, payments must be made upfront and upon registration, at most 24 hours prior to the session.

Prices indicated on our website are never subject to good faith negotiation, nor any negotiation of any kind.

Is it possible to pay on the day of the
Crash Course?
If you are registered in a crash course, you are eligible to receive a discount of $5 per student you refer only to that crash course. The maximum this discount will be eligible for is 4 students. However, if one were to bring 5 students or more to that specific crash course, that student will be eligible to register to that crash course for free*.

*Must have received confirmation by the ASAP Team before doing so. Certain conditions may apply.

How do I get a discount?
We always give out course packs at the beginning of each Crash Course, which cover the required theories you're most likely to be tested on., with practice questions after each chapter as well.

Mock exam sessions engage students in an exam setting where they take the mock exam and then, after the instructor corrects it, they go over it with explanations.

How do Crash Courses and Mock Exams work at ASAP?
Is it possible to buy the course pack without attending the Crash Course?
Unfortunately, this option is not a possibility. An interested student will need to show up at the Crash Course, after having registered for that course, to pick up his or her copy. The same applies to mock exams as well.

Also, only one course pack will always be given per student per Crash Course. So once you receive a copy, you assume liability for it, should you lose your book.

A registered student can ask for a full refund if such a request is made, in writing by email, more than 5 days before the Crash Course.

A registered student can ask for a 50% refund if such a request is made, in writing by email, more than 48 hours and at most 5 days before the Crash Course.

How do I find out the location of my Crash Course?
Locations are always sent out to students who have been registered in the Crash Course(s) in question, at least 48 hours in advance of the course itself*.
*It is the student's responsibility to provide the correct email address upon registration for the Crash Course.
09 /
Is the instructor going to cover material during the Mock Exam?
The Crash Course instructor is there to supervise students while they take their mock exams. Then, students hand their completed exams in so that the instructor can correct them on the spot. This is followed by a concurrent review session over the questions within the same mock exam session. All formats of mock exams are similar to exams provided.

The instructor is not liable to teach material offered in Crash Course, as well as offer additional time beyond the allotted time to provide further clarification about material from a previous Crash Course. In other words, students expecting to review material should do so in a Crash Course, while students willing to test their examination ability over material to be tested on are encouraged to do so in a Mock Exam session.

What happens if I could not attend one session in a section for a Crash Course?
Each Crash Course offered may be offered over a few daily sessions for which the price in its entirety is listed on our website. Failure to show up on one of those sessions is your own doing, not ours. We would recommend making sure you are available on those days or taking measures to be present to avoid scheduling conflicts.
For the rate, it cannot be deducted simply on the basis that you could not show up for one of the daily sessions of a Crash Course. Hence, the rates mentioned on our website are always going to remain as is, unless unforeseen events occur.
